A new Process for ordering valuations from Friday 30 January
As we prepare for the migration of MyLoan Elect home loans to NAB in late 2026, we’re making a change to how you order valuations. This change is occurring to align with the final settlement cut-off date for new applications.
What’s changing
The Advantedge PropertyHub portal will be switched off on Friday 30 January 2026, however you can continue to order valuations for existing MyLoan Elect customers by logging into the NAB PropertyHub portal and selecting ‘NAB – Broker’ when ordering the valuation.
How to order valuations for existing MyLoan Elect customers
- Access Property Hub via this link: https:
// propertyhub .corelogic .asia / - Login using your current NAB Broker login details.
- Search the address and click ‘Order Valuation’.
- You’ll be asked to choose a lender – Here you’ll need to select ‘NAB – Broker’ as the lender.
- Continue ordering the valuation as you do today
All Construction progress valuations will now be ordered by the MyLoan Elect construction team if required for a construction drawdown / payment.

Reminder: New home loan applications still in progress must settle by 2 February 2026
You can continue to submit variations until further notice, except requests to add a new borrower.
Important: Elect products will be discontinued from 30 September 2025
After careful consideration, the NAB Group has made the decision to close the Advantedge business, which fund the MyLoan Elect product.
In light of this decision, we wanted to ensure you had all the relevant information and give you a clear picture of what you and any existing customers can expect.
Key Information
- From 30 September 2025, Advantedge/Myloan Elect will cease accepting new home loan applications.
- Existing customers can continue to submit variations (including credit critical variations) after 30 September 2025.
- Commission payments will continue to be paid on existing loans

advantedge . Our specialised credit assessment and operations teams will also continue to service requests..com .au - Please direct all BDM support enquiries to our new dedicated mailbox. This replaces the previous support inboxes.
- In 2026, all Advantedge home loans will transition to a NAB branded home loans. We will update you on specific dates and timing as we progress through the planned transition.
Supporting your customers
Your usual tools and resources remain available on advantedge.com.au – including the broker and customer FAQs.
Furthermore, letters will be sent to existing customers advising them of the changes. A copy of this letter is available via this link.
We recommend contacting those customers who may be impacted as they may have a few questions about the development.
Customers will no longer be able to use BPAY® to make home loan repayments from 1 April 2026
- From 1 April 2026, customers won’t be able to use BPAY® to make repayments on MyLoan Elect home loans.
- Customers currently using BPAY® must switch to direct debit and/or direct credit.
- We’re asking customers to ensure their contact details are up to date.
- This is in preparation for the migration to NAB in late 2026.
- Customers will receive this letter, inserted into their end of year statements in January, with this information and instructions on how to check and update their details.
- Please support customers with checking and updating their details where required.
- You are able to view a customer’s direct debit and contact details via our Preferred Lender portal.
